Strafford House Accommodation Details
On the ground floor you will find a superb sitting room with comfortable sofas, SKY TV and window seat in the large bay window overlooking the beach. There is a stylish dining hall with seating for 14 and double doors opening into the newly fitted, spacious kitchen and morning room. There is a first floor drawing room to enable guests to relax and enjoy the sea views from the comfort of your arm chair as well as a superb luxury bedroom suite on the second floor with en-suite bathroom, sofa bed, SKY TV's and two large bay windows, again with spectacular sea views. ll the character and charm has been retained in this remarkable house but now it has the added benefit of SKY TV in four rooms, modern, contemporary bathrooms and a spacious, well equipped kitchen.
As you enter Strafford House you will find on the ground floor; Dining hall which seats 14 with large bay window and double doors leading to the newly fitted kitchen and morning room with SKY TV, range cooker and table and chairs. Sitting room with bay window & window seating, comfortable sofas, SKY TV with DVD/video player and feature fireplace. Ground floor shower room, separate utility room.On the first floor; spacious drawing room with door out onto the balcony overlooking the sea, SKY TV with DVD/video player and single sofa bed. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and bay window overlooking the sea. A further twin bedroom, double bedroom and a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and hand basin. Second floor; Luxury bedroom suite with king size bed, en-suite bathroom, seating area + sofa bed, two SKY TV's with DVD/video and two large bay windows with superb sea views. Two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, one with en-suite shower room.
Outside you will find small front gardens to either side of entrance with tables and chairs. Direct access to the beach which is only 10 yards away, parking for two cars outside the property with further car parking close by.
LOCATION
Ideally located to explore the Suffolk Coastline, Strafford House is just a minute's walk will bring you to Aldeburgh's High Street with its mix of shops, high quality restaurants and independent cinema. Aldeburgh is well known for its association with the composer Benjamin Britten, his inspired annual Arts and Music Festival is held at the nearby Snape Maltings, attracting many well known names and visitors. A convenient town for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coast, just a short drive away are the towns of Southwold and Woodbridge but even closer are the villages of Thorpeness, Orford, Dunwich and Walberswick.
PRICING
7 Night Breaks are priced between £1798.00 - £4000.00 depending on the season.
